
A four-hand collaboration with Chef Luca was the kind of night every chef secretly wishes for — two cuisines, one kitchen, two stubborn opinions about how a sauce should finish.
What I love most about these collaborations is the moment your guest chef pushes you somewhere you would never have gone on your own. Half the dishes from the night were better than anything either of us would have plated alone.
