Wadke

The Chef

Rohan's career began at the Taj Mahal in Mumbai and the Leela Kempinski before moving to the UK, where he trained at the Michelin-starred Cinnamon Club in London. Senior roles at Hyatt and Hilton followed, then opening Gilpin Spice at the 4-Rosette Gilpin Hotel — a concept that earned 2 AA Rosettes in 2016.

He is now Culinary Support Head at Cameron House on Loch Lomond, leading a brigade of 75+ across five outlets — and a 2026 competitor on Great British Menu.

Food with 'memories' — a unique blend of regional methods of cooking combined with a sense of nostalgia. Every plate is an invitation to taste a place, a season, and a story.
